We visited this café for the first time, initially the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We took a drink and a salami baguette, "Deluxe" from the menu. This baguette was described as , laid with tomatoes, mozarella etc. You really think of a real baguette freshly filled with ingredients. What we got was original a small freezer baguette, funnyly just one thing that I made myself in the oven 2 days ago. Sad that such things are described so heartily in the menu, although they are at the end pure abscesses. At the end of the day, when I addressed this to the staff, the very nice Lord said that I should report to the headquarters. I don't know this café belongs to a chain, but it's good. As a second comment, I only received the statement that they are so small that they are taken off. I really think this statement is very unprofessional, especially when it comes from the staff. I'm not going to eat in a restaurant/café to take off. But if that’s the style to make guests so “understood” the staff in the field of customer service should be trained because there are some knowledge gaps. The Lord should really reconsider his career choice or learn how to deal with guests and criticism / complaints.
Very nice stylish cafe with homemade ice cream and delicious waffles. And, very important: the best milk coffee wide and wide. For me, an almost daily point of contact that makes me forget the stress of my day. Mega friendly staff and dedicated boss. Absolutely recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Very accommodating. Make everything possible in your power. Great for wheelchair users. It's a smoker area, too. Food was delicious. Drinks as everyone wanted. Simply visit. Vegetarian options: waffles and vegetarian flame cake Wheelchair accessibility: knock, then you stop the door. Back chairs and tables that the Rollis have room. And everything with a smile
