The 34-year-old from Wilhelmshaven follows Fritz Schilling, who has now retired. After his cooking training, Florian Vogel has already gained experience in leading positions in numerous renowned gourmet and star restaurants. His previous stations include Dallmayr (Chef de Partie) and the Hotel Königshof (Junior Chef) in Munich, the Atelier and Garden Restaurant in the Bayerische Hof (Chef de Partie), Victor’s Gourmet-Restaurant Schloss Berg in Perl-Nennig of Drei-Star-Koch Christian Bau (Chef de Partie) and the Restaurant Kastell in Wernberg-Köblitz (Chef de Partie). Florian Vogel was the guest chef at the Swiss Re Europe in Munich. [here link] He wants to bring his own handwriting, but don't shake on the proven kitchen concept. The aim is still to use as many products as possible from our own organic agriculture from the estate Eichethof. These should come fresh, seasonal and qualitatively to the highest level.
