This is a really big place, limited opening times, I think the owner will only open it from one tomorrow. they will see the sign on the road and it looks like a small street from the outside and has small tables and red stools. I had the soup with some Vietnamese friends who like to eat here. it was great and had a lot of green. the tofu was flavored like ham. I enjoyed the broth, it was delicious. in any case recommend to check whether they want to try a place with a local feel and good price.
I had the very flavourful noodle soup which is ideal for an early morning breakfast, and at 20,000 VND is inexpensive to get you going from the off. Not too many early in the morning, but what you might have trouble with is finding where to consume the lovely noodle soup. The simplest way in my view is to approach from Hai Bà Trưng, then turn right at Phan Chu Trinh. Look for the sign on the northern side of the road. The place is located down the side of a building, and is also really close to Bánh MÌ Chay (another tasty vegan spot).
I stumbled upon this eatery early this morning as I was wandering the streets of Hoi An. It was a cool find. It is *very* small—just a couple small tables in a back alley. They only serve two dishes to my knowledge: a noodle soup and a dry noodle dish. I had the noodle soup, which was very good and only 15k dong.
This place is amazing! It is run by a middle aged lady and there is no menu. I tried cao lâc and a phô. The noodles used in cao lâc was pre marinated and full of flavors; while the phô I had was the best one I had in my life the broth was very clear and savory sweet, she also serve some green papayas which is perfect for the phô.
