Hoerve Grill Pizza - Holbaek

The food is ok, the service is survivable, the atmosphere feels like fat, the kebab tastes like dry food, and has no more liquid, if you hit the jackpot because you might also have fries that are not as soft as an old banana, make pita bread with kebab yourself there at home, is 100% better and is not as dry as a yogurt that is 3000 days old, can recommend if you hit rock bottom in life, and like the ones that don 't really taste, and I don 't know why I have any other local guides who say good pizza have they been paid DKK 100 behind the table????? because I don 't know what world they live in

I love Hørve Pizzeria, Because when I do not feel like cooking with me. I usually go there and get something to eat and the people who work in there, they are even more social of course they are also good at serving their customers at the right time

Super bad customer service. Ordered a pizza online today and waited over 20 minutes for them to approve my order (so they hadn't started cooking the food yet) I then called them 2 times without getting a proper answer. They had withdrawn the money from my account so I therefore felt compelled to go down and ask what became of my food? I came down kindly and asked if you had received my order, where they said they had not approved anything and that I should order again at just Eat. I then tried to explain to him that I had already ordered and the money had been withdrawn from my account, where I knew a receipt. The man at the counter then started raising his voice and finally yelling at me and repeatedly saying they hadn't approved my order and therefore wouldn't give me my money back or cook my food. I left the store without food and without my money. Super unpleasant experience. Extremely unprofessional service by staff. Will NEVER come again. Can not be recommended for some.
