Subway Sandwiches Salads - Holladay

I absolutely love the food and the atmosphere at this place! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

I will never come back to this place. The staff member didn’t wear her mask properly; it was resting on her chin the entire time. It was frustrating to watch her struggle with a dull knife while cutting the bread. I seriously considered canceling my order and leaving, but my partner and I were starving after a long road trip. Just look at the photos! She placed our subs in brown bags without the usual paper wrap, and some of the meat fell out of the bags. Instead of addressing that, she just stuffed it back in until the counter was clear of any meat, then proceeded to toast everything! Yes, the subs were left in the brown bags! When we got home, my partner’s meal was a complete disaster—his sub was stuck to the bag (check out the photo). This is not the typical Subway experience I’m used to. The staff member was also taking care of the gas station, which is in the same area. I can't believe I forgot to mention that she had her mouth open the whole time and was sniffing frequently, using her wrist to wipe her nose. Just yikes!

I frequently eat at this Subway, and the food is consistently excellent. Sabrina is particularly skilled at making great subs and delicious chopped salads. Don't let the negative comments from a few people deter you; I have never had a bad experience here. It seems that if they could find employees willing to work and show up, they might stay open later. However, it's understandable that there aren’t many people in the area who want to work nights for the pay offered. Perhaps some of those leaving negative reviews could consider applying for a position to help keep the restaurant open longer. Regardless, the operating hours don’t affect the quality of the food you receive. I highly recommend the subs and salads here. Make sure to stop by and try one! The hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and they are clearly listed on the website.

Rude Subway girl. I know they might not all be rude but that one short girl with shorter hair has no manners, won't make a sandwich how you want it, the customer is always wrong, and she ruins the experience at this location. Go across to north 40 or love's. Wouldn't give manager's name because she knew she was in the wrong. She needs to be trained.

!!! NOT OPEN 24/7 !!! closes at 7:30 pm. Girl with blonde short hair and glasses was very rude. Across the road is a Loves gas station with Arby’s open 24 seven
