I stopped in when they first opened because I wanted a quick, healthy shake before work and have been coming back ever since. They are all about community involvement, and it really shows. I can't say enough good things about this place or these people!Vegetarian options: They have vegan options now!Kid-friendliness: The environment is very kid friendly! They even have shakes for kids! My kids love coming to the Thursday night walking group and getting protein balls after.

I ordered the Peach Ring-it is a energy bomb drink with a tropical fruit peach flavor. It is amazing!!!! I would recommend going to this shop to try out there different beverages.
