Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The three staff members were unwelcoming and uncaring. Nobody even asked me what they could do for me left me just standing there looking at them while they worked in silence. When I finally told them I was there to pick up my order, they told me that I should have ordered ahead and that I would have to wait. I told them I did order ahead and only then did they go and find find my pizza and give it to me. Very stupid and disrespectful experience. They all need to be trained in customer service. Guys there are so many pizza choices in Holland and you treat customers like this?

My family eats from this location weekly. Tuesdays are such a good deal! Great food and excellent service. The ingredients are extremely fresh and nobody could ever accuse them of skimping on toppings. Definitely eat here. It'll quickly become your favorite pizza spot. ?

I'm Customer and ordered because I am not feeling well and didn't feel like cooking. I just wanted pizza. Little did I know the pizza would come to me uncooked along with the uncooked breadsticks. I had no idea that's what they do. So I cooked the pizza. I can't even eat the pizza like a pizza because it's falling apart. The time they tell you to cook it should be way longer than what they tell you. The breadsticks have been in the oven for 25 minutes and they're still not cooked. This is the worst pizza I've ever had and I really would love a refund of my $30. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. What a joke!

I ordered a large stuffed crust with 5 extra toppings. I didn't get the extra toppings I paid for and I didn't get sausage or pepperoni that comes with it.Then they offered me a 3.00 coupon off my next order if I spend 25.00 or more.So I have to spend more money to get what I paid for before.Rip off and the pizza sucks

Like SO many other pizza joints, the ingredients are good but if you want true Italian, you won't find the spices.
