Mr. Gilberti's Place - Hollister

This was my first time at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. We tried the all meat pizza on a Chicago style crust and it was fantastic. The appetizer we had was the tomato bread with dipping sauce and it was also very good. It wasn't too busy when we arrived at 1:30pm, but it started to get crowded around 2:15pm. Within 20 minutes, the restaurant went from having 3 tables to 11.

I was really excited to try this restaurant. I'm not a fan of deep dish pizzas, so I ordered their thin crust option. I wasn't super impressed with my cheese pizza, so maybe I should have added some meat toppings. However, the roasted ravioli that my friend ordered was pretty good. Our order also came with spinach dip served with small rolls that were very tasty. My friend's pasta dish was also delicious. Overall, everything was good, but my pizza wasn't the best. I would still come back here though!

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The atmosphere and service were fantastic. They offer a gluten-free crust that was the best I've ever had. The pizza was delicious.

What a enchanting place. The atmosphere was evident from the moment we walked in. It was Sunday night and the parking lot was full, but we were able to find a spot easily.

The spinach pizza and Chicago-style pizza are delicious at this restaurant! We didn't realize a reservation was needed, but the staff were accommodating and were able to seat us.
