Vivis Sweet Tomato Pizza - Hollister

Can someone please clarify when this restaurant is actually open? I've attempted to visit for two consecutive weeks, but the place has been closed both times. Just last week, I drove by and it was completely dark. This Sunday, someone answered the phone, but informed me they were not open for business that day. I've heard great reviews about this place, but I'm left wondering when it’s truly operating. It's quite frustrating not knowing the hours. I would love to give it a try if I ever have the opportunity. It seems to be another example of a small business in Hollister that operates on inconsistent hours.

I finally had the chance to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint! As a foodie, I've sampled all the pizza places in Hollister. Juan, whom I met there, made a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza along with garlic twists, and you can really taste the love that went into it. I will definitely be returning to try more! The service was quick, the ambiance was warm, and the homemade pizza knots were incredibly flavorful.

Second time here, same gentleman by the name of Juan, helped my friend and I out. Came from out of town to visit and Juan was Super kind and helpful man, literally called about 14 minutes before they were closing, Juan answered and said it's no problem at all. Had ordered 3 pizzas, 2 XL and 1 XL with some buffalo wings. Juan even called me back asking if I had wanted some home made carnitas added! Was such a great experience. He made the visit entirely awesome, made me feel welcomed and treated like I was at home. Great service, great food, just everything.

Excellent Pizza and Wings. The medium pizza is like a large everywhere else in town.
