Panera Bread - Holly Springs

Oh, my God, this place has gone downhill in the last few months. You? ve forget things in my order several times, but the kicker was last night and today. I went last night and they gave me cold soup and laid Asian dressing on my green salad. It was a busy night, accident happened right? Well, we decided to give them another try tonight, and they literally 2 OLIVES on my Greek salad and like 5 pieces of feta cheese, with really, a small handful of salad. I basically have an over half empty container for which I paid $6. It's like they haven't been disturbed today. At least my husband Salat was right. You have to try harder here. I will be understated, but I would rather wait longer for high-quality food (especially since I paid a high quality price) than to get medium-sized food quickly. I'm going to McDonald?

I am glad that it increases the menu options, in general is a beautiful place, affordable, healthier than most other fast food sites. Do not forget to download the app and get rewards and discounts. Even if you live or work nearby, it might be a good option to be the unlimited flavored water/tea/coffee.

This is by far the WORST Panera EVER! 3/5 times they get what you ordered wrong, I end up with false sandwiches, missing bagels, ALL THE F?ing TIME! I don't know who prepares these orders, but it doesn't matter to them! A tuna sandwich with what?

How can you justify one bowl and a drink being $18.00. This cafeteria food is over priced and you all know it.

Hey all, We had Lunch at this Panera bread the other day. Here is my thoughts and observations. Menu seems very limited, Most of the tables seemed dirty. We saw another customer grabbing a spray bottle of cleaner and paper towel and cleaned his own table. I think it was a lack of caring from mostly the management and some of the employees. As for food. What we ordered was kinda tasteless and bland. I got the BBQ Chicken sandwich and my wife had the new Chef's chicken sandwich. For $30.00 for 2 sandwiches with a drink and chips. I would expect more.
