Feedback gevenWORST JUMP JUICE OF THEM ALL! Never again! There was only 2 people in front of me and I was waiting 20+ minutes for my smoothie! Had to cancel my order and demand refund as we (customers) could all see the reason for the delay . Staff too busy chatting, floating back forth doing absolute bare minimum instead of completing orders in a timely fashion. Slower than snails would be a severe understatement. Needless to say no apology was offered by staff for unnecessary wait times, even after receiving refund eventually Jump Juice sort out your staff!! If I had to rate my experience..Minus 5 stars! Accepting gift card as a payment is causing a huge misunderstanding every.single.time. in every single shop. every time we have been almost argued about our card being a loyalty card which it isn 't. training in the company seems nonexistent. the juice contained pieces of fruit and was thick like a smoothie. definitely not a juice. also very slow which was visible on every waiting customer 's face
Over priced and had stop the car at a nearby garage on the way home as I had severe diarreaha like never before. Couldn’t have been anything else. Won’t be going here again
