Leisure side is not really well managed ...Every week diferent prices there is no clear price list for customer which is very unprofessional Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5

I was left dissatisfied with my stay. Due to a problem with our first room we were moved, which I appreciated, and the lady who moved us was very nice and accommodating. However the room we were moved to was right across from the office where the cleaners meet and get their schedules, they would therefore talk in the hall right outside our door from the early hours. Having already complained once we did not want to move rooms again. I also thought the breakfast was very disappointing. Hot items were luke warm at best. We only ate one item of food in the evening which was a pizza and it wasn't very nice. The staff were overall very nice, and answered all our questions brilliantly. They would get a very high ranking, but the experience was soured.
