I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes and my food is still not here, nobody answered the phone to tell me about my order until 25 minutes ago and they said it's on its way... horrible service dont buy anything from this place unless you wanna go hungry for the night

Can someone from management explain to me why i was called a lair and a theif when i rang to say my orderes was short a two euro item.....is that how you treat your customers....a woman claimed she saw it with her own eyes and when my partner called back they gave a differnet story .....saying they misread the order
