La Huaca Peruvian Cuisine - Hollywood

The food was delicious. We ordered Zevice, Tiradito and an appetizer made with mussels Thar was amazing. The service was also really good. I usually don't eat dessert, but I couldn't resist and tried the passion fruit mousse with chocolate and it was perfect.

The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. The only negatives I can think of were the creaky table where we sat and the dressing on the causa de pollo I ordered. The table would be every time someone leans on it. And the causa de pollo came with two dressings that were so good, but unfortunately drowned the Causa and took away from the yellow potato and chicken flavor. Everything else was great. Definitely a good first experience!

You can always say when using a restaurant with bottle of lemon juice or actually pressed lemon. Huaca has one of the best cereal in the area. Not to mention her Pisco Sours. Very recommended.
