Renegade Barbeque Company - Hollywood

We ordered one appetizer, which took twenty minutes to arrive. No one checked in with us about drinks, so we had to flag down another waiter to take our order. By the time our food came, it was not what we had expected; we thought we had ordered the entrée displayed earlier. Unfortunately, the ribs were overly dry and fatty, making them inedible. We settled the bill, which included an automatic 20% gratuity, and asked to speak with a manager. We shared our experience, but all he offered was a generic apology. We also mentioned that the men’s restroom was quite dirty, to which he responded, "This is the first I've heard of that." In summary, I would not recommend this restaurant; the food was disappointing.

The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The service was upscale, polite, and professional, with no waiting time at all. The view of the water adorned with lights made me feel as though I was on a cruise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The overall experience was top-notch—keep up the great work! I hope you consider opening another location. Thank you to you and your entire staff!

The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I went with my husband, daughter, and grandchildren, and we all loved the food!

We waited to be sat, even though no one was there. We sat. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, only to have peach daiquiris brought instead of margaritas. Apology was given, but correct drinks weren't brought. 20 minutes later two more drinks arrived, but they were strawberry daiquiris, and non alcoholic. Got a manager and told her our drink issues, and then ONE right margarita arrived. Food came after 1hr 20 minutes. Ribs were disgusting. I will not go back. On a bright note, I enjoyed the atmosphere...

I do not understand why some of the reviews were not good, unless it was an off day. I have eaten here a few times and went with someone who really knows food goes to the top restaurant in New York, and she was very satisfy so was my husband and myself everytime we have gone we have been very satisfy with our meals.
