Sheiks Bakery Roti Cafe - Hollywood

I walked in at 4:30p and got this lunch special meal for like $6. I think I just died and went to heaven. Someone pinch me. ????????

This food is amazing! The Roti wrap sock chicken, pumpkin, and spinach is awesome! Great mix of flavors from the West Indies. Although, it?s really confusing where to order

The food is delicious. The employees are friendly. The selection of grocery items from the Caribbean is great. The reason I'm knocking 3 stars off is that the waiting in line is ridiculously long. There's no system for picking up the orders that wereordered by phone. It makes no sense, you might as well wait in line without pre-ordering. There is also a convenience fee forusing credit cards!!! My order was $35 and they wanted to charge $1.50. There should be no reason why this company should passon its credit card fees to its customers. I inquired about the limit to avoid the fee, but they couldn't explain. I amtremendously disappointed.

Every wednesday I pick the vegan daily special. White Rice with 3 vegetable. The sizes portion of it very reasonable for under $10.

I love a food adventure!!! I had no idea what type of food they served when I wondered inside in May. I asked the very nice customer in line in front of me what type of food they served and she said it was Guyanese food. She was kind enough to makesome recommendations of what I should try. The staff was amazing!!! They were so patient as I asked more questions. Well I havenow been there 3 times! Each time the food is more DELICIOUS! Fresh ingredients and flavors that make you return for more. Myfavorites so far are the pumpkin OMG delicious! The cabbage, eggplant, and the vegetable or the chicken roiti (hope I spelledthat correctly) are so yummy. I highly RECOMMEND this restaurant!!!
