Advertising versus reality. Bad employees, poor service and poor quality products
On October 23rd, 2022, I received the worse customer service through the drive thru. I called the costumer care center and spoke to a representative, and also left a complaint on the website. No one ever returned my message. I live around the corner andwill never come to this Wendy?s ever again. If my young daughter wasn?t in the back of the car while I was there, I would?veWENT OFF ON THAT RUDE LADY!
If I could give this place no stars trust me I would the Worst Wendy?s do not come to this location there customer service is bad.The manager is always shouting at the employee?s in front of customer?s very rude and improper.I had bought breakfastrecently my order was the maple bacon sandwich itself and the sausage croissant combo with black coffee.After getting mymeal,my way home my meal was burnt I repeat BURNT! I called the merchant directly spoken to the manager and she has the audacityto say to me I quote ?Well that couldn?t be because the food had just got of the grill,so there?s no way it was burnt? like are you kidding me I don?t know why they hire these people if they don?t know proper customer service don?t t promote them.You don?ttreat anyone that way she?s just a miserable lady.
The menu board was out. Couldn't see what to order. Manager was rude and short and told me to move on as I was wasting his time!
