Subway - Holmesville

Just to get in the building, you have to walk by two of the employees that work there they are normally outside? And just a clouds of smoke, I am going to report the smoking to the state. And they smelled and looked dirty.

Every time I order a sub from here it has came out exactly how I have ordered it. The staff is very friendly and does the best to their ability even when short staffed. I have gotten bad subs from here before but it was on my own mistake when I ordered. Being said this isn't a positive review just because I work next door.

I always stop in here for a sandwich, especially when Linda is working! She is friendly and funny and delivers customer service with a smile and usually a joke! This store unfortunately sees a lot of traffic, being one of the few places to stop a long the highway, so they run out of items quickly. BUT the customer service always makes up for it!

This Subway location enforces a strict policy where customers are only allowed a small portion of onions, olives, and other loose ingredients. You are limited to just two slivers of onion, two pieces of olive, and two pieces of peppers, and requesting more is not permitted.

The staff were extremely impolite, they toasted my sandwich against my request, appeared annoyed when they had to interrupt their smoke break, refused to customize my sandwich, and informed me that they no longer permit customers to build their own sandwiches. I strongly advise against dining here!!
