Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We took a break on our way to Vermont and decided to stop by Cracker Barrel for the first time. The store was delightful, with a fantastic selection of items to browse and purchase. After exploring the store, we headed to the restaurant. Our server was excellent, and the cookies we ordered were delicious! The food arrived quickly and was hot. However, aside from the cookies, the rest of the meal was typical of what you would expect at a chain restaurant. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely consider returning for breakfast on our next trip!

I absolutely love dining at this restaurant! Everything I've tried here has been delicious. The biscuits and cornbread served before the meals are fantastic. My favorite dish is probably the chicken dumplings—they're so good! I also enjoyed the combo meal, which allowed me to taste a variety of dishes including ham, meat, and chicken. I ended up with plenty of leftovers to take home. The atmosphere is lovely, featuring rustic items on the walls, a large beautiful fireplace, and a shop where you can purchase great gifts. My three-year-old behaves wonderfully at the dining table, knowing that he'll get a special treat from Mom and Dad after our meal!

Our unexpected visit to this restaurant was delightful and enjoyable. We arrived as a group of three and were seated right away with no wait. Our server greeted us promptly and exuded a certain savoir-faire that matched the refined atmosphere of the place. We left feeling very satisfied, and we made sure to express our appreciation with a generous tip for our attentive server. Our high expectations were definitely met! I highly recommend this spot, especially if you’re a fan of cookies.

When I first came here, the perpetrators were my fav had good taste and love the ranch diving sauce. The eggs with the ash needed more taste. I added salt, pepper, ketchup to the ash and it tasted better. Definitely the crispy corner of pancakes would have been perfect if the butter came on the side so you can immerse it in them. Loves the syrup nicely hot and fresh and the bottle came in. This place has potential. Like the land theme they have. Very interesting. I came around for a second time and I liked that better than the last meal I had. The steak, the eggs with the geese, the fried apples I did a replacement and got perpetrators.

Flavorful food in a quaint atmosphere with lovely customer service. Check out is a bit of a hassle they apparently don't trust their wait staff to collect the bill and you'll have to wait online to check out.
