Feedback gevenI wanted to take a minute to update my last negative review. I had a negative experience before at Pretzelmaker and ended an email about their website sending my disappointment. About a week later, the franchise owner gave me a call to personally apologise for the experience and to ask for some more details on this topic so that he could think about it more. After he had made more investigation by the cameras, he gave me a call back and apologized. He offered me a free meal for my problems and that was very appreciated. I am not usually going to leave a negative reviews, I honestly mostly only positive because I know how important reviews are for a company. Today I went to the store to get my free meal and the employee who was super nice and apologised for my last visit also (even if he had no idea what happened. He was sweet and friendly and it changed my opinion about this place! Thank you for having a good company and follow with customers who have negative experiences! I appreciate the free meal and honestly, only the call was excused everything I needed. Thank you.
