Britannia Inn - Holywell

Friendly, good choice of beer, great view. large parking lot

Lovely food and beer.. backed up with excellent, friendly and efficient service. The new management has made a huge difference to this Inn. Well and worthily recommend..

Loaded potato skins weren't great as a starter, really overdone but I had fish and chips for a main and the fish was honestly the best that I've had in a long time. Lovely pub but really slow service which was a shame. That said I would still visit again

The food was amazing, and there was a great selection of beers and ales. The hosts were very friendly, and the atmosphere of the pub was wonderful.

The food and service were both excellent. I had a fantastic steak that was cooked to perfection. My only issue was that dogs were allowed inside. It's not my pub, so I understand that their rules apply. However, the dogs were barking and causing quite a disturbance, which was not what I expected for a quiet meal out. That said, I acknowledge that the pub has its own policies, so I have to accept that. I'm also not entirely comfortable with the idea of personal dogs being around food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great food and service.
