We hired Don Paella, on short notice, for our daughter's graduation from her Master's Program and it was amazing! Setting up the catering was super easy and Youry was most helpful. We chose the Paella Valenciana for 20 people and it was delicious. Salad and bread were included. The guests raved about the food. There caterers were super nice and took care of all the clean-up. It was such a great experience that our neighbor ended up hiring Don Paella for their own event a few weeks later.

These folks were awesome. Very good. I will for sure use them again and highly recommend them. Easy to book. Very informative. Day off showed up prepared food. Food was outstanding and more than enough. Staff professional and very polite. Cleaned up their space and you never knew 50 people were just served food and made on the spot. Fantastic!!!
