Customer service is terrible. The food is not the quality of other franchises.

Used drive through so no atmosphere. Got a tropichop and it was the worse one I ever had. Chicken was dry, rice was almost overcooked and the beans were dry! I asked when we were handed the food, are the sauces in there? Yes, everything is in there, we were told. Nothing was in there. Very disappointed. Be a long time before I go back.

I brought a friend with me and I never thought I would like it so much, the fresh food is delicious and the staff is super nice and helpful.

If you want the absolute WORST service possible then you must come to this Pollo Tropical. Be prepared to wait a long time while all the employees chit chat about there personal lives and you will just stand there and wait and wait and wait. Don't waste your time coming here just keep it moving.

We've been ordering food from this place for a long time , lately every order arrived wrong or incomplete , the amount of food is ridiculous .
