I was stuck in the drive-thru line for 50 minutes just to get two sandwiches. When I finally reached the window, I felt I had no choice but to continue, but then I received the wrong order. I really felt for Brianna, the young woman at the drive-thru; it seemed like there were four other employees inside, yet she was the only one with any experience. She's the only reason I'm giving this place two stars. Dunkin'? You need to improve.
I had a great shopping experience! My drive-thru order was accurate, and the drinks were expertly prepared.
Left us sitting there for 10 min without finishing our order, had part of order wrong. avoid this one, they have no idea what they are doing despite a massive staff.
I went to buy a single powder donut and an Orange juice and this kid handed me the wrong order and me knowing I didn’t order that much food told him that wasnt my order he kept insisting til I had to raise my voice and tell him that wasn’t my order. On top of that he over charge me. I hold the line for their mistake like 10 minutes. NO ONE KNEW HOW TO DO A SIMPLE REFUND Is being more than 7 days and I haven’t recieve my money back. Horrible service
