Feedback gevenOrder from this place and made a joke on the box to be funny and the delivery driver Adriana refused to deliver our pizza because this joke, but confirmed online that it was delivered when clear it was not. My friend called the first time and a guy answered, sad? And immediately he fixed him, five minutes later did the same exactly and then we waited for another ten minutes or so. I had to call my phone to even get someone to the phone so we could see where our pizza was. After all, someone got hold and he tells me we have to pick it up, so my friend goes up there and they'll give him the run where our food is. I finally find it in front of our front door, cold, soggy and disgusting. The manager tried to say he called, but obviously not like the number we never gave up. A lot of customer service and a terrible experience all around. Will not order from here again.
I made an online order on the left a 20% and tipped the supplier. I opened my order and discovered that my order was completely wrong. I call the store, the guy was a little rude, but I've been busy. I explained that my order was wrong and he said he would send a corrected order. An hour later, no dinner yet. When I called back, I was sorry it was mixed again, I can do another or credit your card. This is the WORST. I'll never get from a certain DOMINO's AGAIN anymore.
Expect very long waiting times from this place. My dormitory is only five minutes away. The first sign of difficulties was that my ETA was an hour away from the place. I waited for a pizza for three hours. The van had to call me because he was lost, so I was stuck five minutes with him in a phone call, which was a great pain. This is by far the worst dominos you can order pizza, NOT ORDER OF THIS LOCATION!!!!
On July 1, 2020, I ordered a steak sandwich, a hand-tossed Extravaganza pizza (without black olives), and 8 pieces of Sweet Mango Habanero wings. Unfortunately, I received hot and spicy wings instead. I called the store and spoke with Christian, who kindly noted my request in the comments section for the correct wings, ensuring I would receive them without an expiration date. However, I didn't notice the black olives on my pizza until I called about the wing issue. Looking back at the pictures, it was indeed there. Still, the pizza was very good—deliciously fresh and hot, and the Asian garlic sauce on the crust was fantastic. I'm not a fan of olives, so I had to remove them. Despite this issue, I appreciated the service I received. I rate this order a 3.7. Overall, I'm grateful that Domino's is open and has such professional staff who address problems with respect and courtesy. I would give them a five-star rating for their service!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I ordered a pizza online at 5:18 and was given an hour wait for delivery. At 6:45 I checked the tracker and it hadn't left the building . When I called they said they don't have any drivers. I cannot even understand a level of customer service that doesn't call to inform you that you will not be receiving a pizza.
