The situation of this Jack is one that keeps her busy. Drive-thru is usually packed and the lobby is full of people. This means that employees work hard to get all orders to customers as soon as possible. Every time I was here, everything was fresh and hot when I received it. Always greets and thanks before leaving with the order. You have it on the run, this is safe and I recommend everyone to go and dine here. I will always visit this Jack when I work in downtown and I recommend everyone who does the same!
Always good food! Your Peace Chicken is always so good! I ordered a 3 piece meal that was a breast, thighs, leg and 2 sides of your choice (I chose the Coleslaw, the delicious frits that were just ok, 1 biscuit that was from breakfast, hard/dry) a Caramel Iced Coffee that was delicious but a bit too sweet. Also ordered the 2 Cheeseburger Special. Cashier arranged the combo (which came with fries and drinks) and that's not what I ordered. The cost was $17, a bit expensive. Place was very busy 1:15. People were lined to the door, so I went with what I was given. It was lined around the building. Not sure if the prep work was done correctly, as they were from just all the side sauces, which was a disappointment.
Give 4 stars because I love Jacks especially breakfast! I only come to this place because it's close, but I wish I had gone to another place. The ride thru line is always long, so I'm going in. Once you are inside, you can see why the line is so long. The workers have no sense of urgency at all. It's almost like they're moving slowly so that people go. Love jackets, but not this place
I can't check the food. We didn't get one. We waited about 15 minutes in the drive. We got the speaker and then realized why the line of cars in front of us left. We literally went from the street to the loudspeaker and when we came to the loudspeaker, there was a car in front of us. It was 10:15. After she said they were waiting to order and then was ready, my husband went to order and ordered a number 4. The woman told him to stop the order and began huffing and puffing because he ordered a lunch. Then he started ordering again when she said she was ready. It is the attitude of every worker or perhaps human being, I have ever come and that includes 4 years of retail and 9 years of insurance. We didn't go into the window because she was so rude. We then understood why all the other cars are left. If management doesn't get rid of them, they won't have a restaurant anymore.
