Feedback gevenDrive-thru customer service needs improvement; on the other hand, the original glazed donuts are consistently delicious which is great; frozen lattes could not be made apparently so instead I ordered an iced latte which was just okay (but tasted too sweet)
Talk about hard sell. I pulled into the drive-thru, as they have the lobby closed. I tried to order 3 donuts, but the girl kept asking me how many. I told her one each, 3 times. She kept saying... you want 20 donuts? I couldn 't even understand how oneeach could sound like 20. I ordered 3 types of donuts, but she said I wanted 20 donuts, then when I went quiet, trying tofigure out how to complete my order, she told me she 'd be back in a few minutes...I just drove away. Did KK start paying peoplecommissions? What sort of hard selling tactic is this? You gonna force customers to buy 20, what is that number coming from? Imean aren 't they sold in dozens? Shouldn 't they be trying to force me to buy 24? Anyway... I 'll never be back.
Worse and worse. do not expect edible donuts when they go too soon. they will be cold and hard as they have been in the freezer and the closed lobby is irritating. they are rude when they go through. if they order one of the ice creams. they bring them into a much smaller cup without whip cream.
I mean its glazed Krispy Kreme so of course they are good. Wish I would get them hot thou
Donuts were okay, but coffee is a waste of money and doesn't taste good. Customer service was non existent and lady working the drive thru was rude after we explained an issue with the amount ordered vs amount received. Not worth a trip out here.
