The ordering process was well-organized, even though the place was quite busy during our visit. We think takeout might be a good option next time, as there’s outdoor seating available. We ordered a lot of food, and I must say, the portions are generous. We particularly enjoyed Evey Biss, especially her calzone, which was delicious. This spot is perfect for family gatherings. However, the fish and chips were just average—nothing to write home about. We also tried some other fried foods, but for me, the pasta and calzone were definitely the highlights.
The food itself features classic American-Italian cuisine, with a menu that includes everything from pasta to pizza, covering all the expected favorites. They also offer both bone-in and boneless wings to accompany your pizza. Prices are on the higher side, but honestly, a personal pizza is more than enough to satisfy. I debated whether to give this place a four-star rating due to the steep prices and the very greasy wings and pizza, but in the end, the flavors won me over. You likely won't find better pizza in this part of the district, and it is incredibly satisfying. Next time, I think I'll skip the wings and focus solely on the pizza.
Upon entering, we were warmly greeted with a friendly "Hello" and a welcome. Our orders were taken promptly, and we were informed how long it would take for our food to be ready. The dishes were prepared on-site and tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. I even picked up a variety of cookies to take back to Florida. There was seating available both indoors and outdoors. We chose to sit outside, and despite the rain, the weather was pleasantly cool. The portion sizes were generous, and the bread was freshly baked. I highly recommend this place!
My husband, cousins and I met for dinner at Two Guys. My cousins ordered chicken parmesan dinners that came with salads and bread. My husband ordered a Greek salad. I ordered a personal pizza with paprika and sausage with anchovy on the side. The chicken parmesan was good together with the salads and bread. My husband's Greek salad was very disappointing. Hardly a feta cheese on it, 5 black olives that were old and the romaine salad was old, limp and partly brown. We took it home, but it was over. My personal pizza wasn't so great either. Hardly cheese, sausage or pepperoni on it. Very dry. The anchovies on the side were good. It wasn't the worst thing I ever had, but it certainly doesn't compare with the two guys I ate when they opened so many years ago. The service was punctual and very attentive. If I had to evaluate it, I would give it 1.5 stars and this is primarily because of the service.
A good outing with daughter and friend. All of the food was well prepared and the service was ok overall. Plenty of choices on the menu and decided to for go pizza and have a selection from the dinner menu. The veal parmasian was excellent as was the shrimp scampi and creamy pesto pasta.Appetizers were great. An overall decent dining experience.
