Steak is good soft and juicy Red wine so far so good

The food is delicious, the environment is quiet, and the server is excellent.

Service excellent. Steak was served on a very hot plate so please beware! Quite a novel idea though.

We wanted a steak dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We've dined at Ruth's Chris in the states and enjoyed it. But the service was disappointing, especially given that we were almost the only people in the restaurant. Drink order as slow and wrong. Service slow. Food only so-so. And as we were in Hong Kong, the price was very high. Just wasn't worth it.

After week in China our crew was craving good steak and sides. Service was good and the sides were ok . Not best steak we thought but maybe had off night at the grill. The other US steakhouse in same building was very busy Next trip will try them.
