Since I don't live in HK, I wrote an email to the manager for preparing a birthday cake in advance. I couldn't confirm the size of the cake before the date, but they were still well prepared. Great experience.
Excellent and friendly staff, with ingredients that are treated and well cooked. We especially loved beef short ribs and desserts, while my wife enjoyed most of the cheese plate recommended.
Great place to dine. My third visit. Love this place decorations and menu choice. It's good. Worth the price. Good attentive service. Open kitchen. Sunday just set brunch. Limited option.
Didn't know it was awarded a star Michelin a few years ago until I was greeted by a non-smiling cool staff. I feel like a student who was wrong and waited to be punished by the teacher. And yet not smiling after sitting. Warm bread, slightly soft chewing texture, bitty acidic at the end. Serve with slightly salty silk smooth butter. My appetite suppressant tastes very good. Everything is well balanced. I like how they marinated the mushrooms, giving him a really nice taste. For the main, French yellow chicken. Crispy skin I like, the meat is slightly dry and rough, could only taste the citrus flavor. Potatoes and beans are also good. Green pea risotto with scallops that my friend ordered. The Risotto is better, creamy, but not too milky/heavy cream, could still taste the taste of the sweet green pea. The scallops are fresh, but maybe cook something over. Three choices of cheese I enjoyed everything. Not a fan of deserts, but I made a wow-sound, the first bite I have this eclair. The caramel is crumbling and hazelnut with the light cream, WOW. Apart from the non-smiling servers (all of which I mean), the services are fine. Food is good with reasonable prices and generous portions.
Tried credit card buy one get one free 5 courses. I like both soups (green beans, tuna), shrimp and crab with mushroom, silver cod fish. dislike the japan oyster, salmon with caviar in appetiser and dessert. service is good. recommendation: mix the salmon with other fresh sauce to replace the imitation caviar
