Subway - Honolulu County

Placed an order for delivery from here. After an hour and a half, we call and they tell us it's just sitting there, and if we want it, we have to come get it. If we hadn't called, I have to wonder how long our food would have sat there.We get the food back to find out the chips are missing and 1/3 of the sandwiches were wrong.Skip it. Find another place to eat. Location prices are a complete ripoff anyway, especially when they charge you to deliver a meal they had no intention of delivering. We get there, and there are more employees than customers, so they're apparently just lazy.

Cheap on the veggies on a veggie wrap.No unsweet tea either. Been here a couple times and the same.

Great Sandwiches, Prompt service and homey atmosphere. But maybe they should come up with some recipes individual to Hawaii since franchises on the island tend to be more independent than the mainland.

I like their ingredient. The subway tuna is my favorite. The service also good. The employee so nice and willing to help. They can improve their package.

We went there to eat subway and our kids were crying and hungry for milk. We asked employees if they can just microwave the milk for our kids. The employees agreed but owner was sitting there and refused to do it telling us about a policy . She was super rude.Do not support this business. The owner needs to learn how to talk to customers. If she keeps that kind of attitude it won’t be long when her business run out of business.
