Baskin-robbins - Honolulu

Great ice cream and fantastic service. The staff is very friendly and helpful with samples of the different flavors of ice creams. This Baskin-Robbins is located in a great location next to several different restaurants and the Navy Exchange Store. Overall, great experience and highly recommended for those who love ice cream.

This place is super busy on the 31st of each month! The staff is friendly and quite efficient that the line moves quickly. There are many parking spaces and my children like to go after dinner in one of the nearby restaurants because it is convenient. I like indoor and outdoor seats available to relax and enjoy your items. Maybe next time I remember taking a picture.

We had good service here and the variety of flavors was good. They could take mobile and printed coupons and offers. We also made a cake and although it was expensive, it tasted like you would expect from B

My first experience at this particular location wasn't a good one. My ice was soft and leaked out of the container into the paper bag which ended ripping when I got home 5 minutes later in an air conditioned car and at night. I went back a second time but this time it was super busy but service was quick and my ice cream wasn't soft.

Love the Jamoca ice cream. Tasted it for the first time. The people were very friendly , cheerful and patient with me while I tried to decide what I wanted. Great location and free parking a major plus.
