I have tried the gold, red and black wheels and can safely and safely say that this store serves authentic Japanese ramens. The soup base is really good and the taste linger in the mouth for a long time. U contemplates to keep the taste or take another mouth. Excellent ramen. Hack to reward the card. I would rather get a new one every time I visit the cause that will give me a free topping instead of eating 10 and free 1 ramen. Free topping should always go to the pig belly. The seasoned egg is cooked from one minute and not runny.
Absolutely incredible taste and perfect size. Spice was just right broth was the perfect temperature and the pork chops were delicious!!! I recommend the red dragon fishing wheel
Best authentic thick rams since Okinawa hands down! I was stationed in Okinawa for three years. I spent the first two foods at every place I could find. On the third, a really great place opened two blocks from my apartment. I would usually go there and now and then go to Tenkaiipin Okinawa, because how unique and thick the arms are. My next base was Northern California and I couldn't find any good rams there. It wasn't even close even though I never made the trip to Frisco. When I came to Hawaii, I was excited to try Tenkaiipin again, but instead of the Tenkaiipin Okinawa thick ramen, it was much more casual and simply sticky broth, like good tonkotsu. I didn't mind, but I would always ask to take it home to add more garlic, so it would taste as if they were doing it in Okinawa (where sometimes it would be unbearable garlic and/or thick, but if you buy it... . Anyway, Tenkaiipin Hawaii's garlic rice is nothing like Oki Tenkaiipin and her menu does not even have the same proteins. To round it off, Tenkaiipin Hawaii has not even always Kotteri (it is 50/50 not even fixed days . My last straw was when they suddenly said that I couldn't take it home to season my Oki standards. I had to find a backup. Some places here on the island taste like soup and are as bad as Northern California, but I don't try to throw them under the bus. This place, here, is great! Her tonkotsu is almost as thick as Tenkaiipin Hawaii's Kotteri and it tastes even more authentic than Tenkaiipin Okinawas Kotteri ( obviously lighter texture). The noodles are much thinner, but I got extra and they taste like other Japanese noodles. Their other ravens also taste authentic. This is like my only assessment and they are my number one, not only because of how good it is, but because it is so consistent. I'm still going to other raven spots because I'm such a fan of ruts that I have to try everything, but this place is the one I'm always coming back to.
Went during Happy hour and was able to dine in they offer discounted side dishes. The Chicken Karaage (Fried Chicken) was so tender and moist, definitely the best. I had the Black Garlic Ramen the entire bowl was delicious and hits the spot for my Ramen craving it was a bowl of a lovely warm hug and goodness. The Char Siu was well seasoned. Definitely a place I'll visit again. Currently due to Covid, seats are limited but you can dine in.
