Jagalchi Pocha - Honolulu

The food and service here are fantastic, especially the spicy pork and squid. I can't wait to come back!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was not disappointed. I'm glad we decided to try it despite the mixed reviews! We will definitely be coming back. The place has a lively bar/nightclub vibe, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had the Bulgogi Bi Bim Bap, So Tteok, Wang Galbi Soup with purple rice, Galbi Jjim, steamed egg, and of course, banchan. We were so hungry that we dove right into our meal, so we didn't take many photos. When the banchan ran low, the staff kindly offered us a refill, which we gladly accepted. We really enjoyed the flavorful food, and the servers were thoughtful, attentive, and courteous. Parking was a bit tight in their lot on a Friday night, so we ended up parking on Young St. and walking. It was odd, though, because we didn't realize that all the cars in their lot belonged to Jagalchi restaurant.

The service was terrible compared to the previous owners. I won't be returning.

It was just average for me. The food was decent, though not my favorite Korean cuisine, but it was good enough. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly, but nothing really stood out.
