Nia was working so hard and was extremely efficient. She helped the flow of the entire operation from what I saw, and then I asked her and she had mentioned she was there the whole day. She deserves so much appreciation because I genuinely don't think this location would be the same without an employee like that. She is incredible. She even knew one of the guests names in line before me, I assume he was a regular. Solomon was making my sandwich and I think he did a good job too. Thanks!

T-Mobile Tuesday!!I 'm used to to the other guys where you 're able to create your own and my first experience with Jersey Mike 's wasn 't the greatest as it felt like I had no say with what I wanted on MY sub...fast forward to T-Mobile Tuesday where you 're able to get a free regular sub.Redeeming the deal must be done using the app it wasn 't the easiest to be honest I thought I did it right but only to see it took several steps to do so but in a nutshell it was to redeem 72 Shore Points which is enough to redeem a free regular sub, bowl or wrap which is a generous deal! This Moili 'ili/University location is in the Hale Mahana building which has customer parking just take the elevator down to the first level it 's very convenient in an area that has basically no parking.Walking in I do love the decor and there 's a few seating I took advantage of that to take some pics while waiting for my Club Supreme which has Roast Beef and Turkey with Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon and cold subs include Mike 's Way which is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and/or juice (red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano and salt)...all cute and fun but very new to me...ordered on the app and got the option to add (pickles, banana peppers, cherry pepper relish, jalapeño peppers and yellow mustard) for free which I never had given that option so not sure if you need to know or miss out on that.The staff here look quite busy not really friendly at all and the same at other locations as I was waiting for my take out order no one says a word or greeted me and realized later that it 's all at the very back of the store on a rack even though I was very early than what the app says it will be ready it already was. How was it really delicious the meats and Swiss cheese are fresh the veggies all are there with toppings of my choice and the bread was a solid vessel to hold it all in though it was quite massive so much so I gave up after a couple of bites and ate it like an open sandwich lol!I really appreciate the generous deal and through the app now know what actually comes with each sandwich and with this convenient parking will be back to try some others.Thank you!

I don’t know what’s worse, the sandwiches at this particular location or the service. The manager was absolutely ridiculous and actually told me to go online and right a bad review. I ate some of my sandwich and didn’t like it and wanted a refund and he refused to refund, make me another sandwich, or give me store credit. He actually said “theirs no way of knowing if you actually didn’t like the sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous! Before writing this review I saw they got a bad rating from the health board because they don’t store meat properly. This “manager” also gives items away for free. Guy asked to buy a drink and he just gave him a cup without charging. I had to ask this 20 year old if he was the owner the way he was acting. Jersey mikes is fine this location isn’t. Drive down to Kahala or somewhere else.

This place is staffed by incompetent people. I waited over 30 minutes for my sandwich and walked out because they couldn't get it together. It wasn't just the uncaring way they chopped the bread in half, it was also the lazy sloppy way they made each sandwich. Also the way the young lady kept scraping at the empty pan of mayonnaise, unwilling to refill it, or the way she put fewer and fewer onions on each sandwich as she ran low on those as well. Why do I deserve to get less than they guy in front of me just because you're not willing to restock your ingredients? Speaking of the guy in front of me, she made the wrong sandwich for him, he didn't say anything, paid for it and left. Then she stood there not knowing what to do with his sandwich and played with it as if someone was going to tell her what to put on it. It was no one's sandwich at that point. You made the wrong sandwich for the other guy and he told you that, yet you could not put that puzzle together. When she dripped mustard all over my bread, I just left. I wasted 30 minutes of my life watching the comedy of errors that is Jersey Mike's and I will never get them back. I'm not sure they weren't high.
