Splash - Honolulu

We has a reservation but they looked at us like we were crazy. They said just find a table. The music was soooo loud. Food was average at best. I won't go back.

Great food and wonderful ambiance with live music! Highly recommend! The service was very attentive.

Overpriced drinks were not good, we expected more being $22 each! Side note... walk over to Dukes for much better mai tais, more reasonably priced, better ambiance, and an ocean view. Service was ok. The stars mainly go to the live entertainment. Other than the music, avoid at all cost.

This was a one star review until management got involved. The way the management handled the complaint and took care to rectify immediately made me realize the importance of good hotel leadership.

What could be better? The service is friendly and fast. The food is awesome kinda pricey and the atmosphere is amazing! Outside dining is wonderful!
