Burger King - Hooks

They lost a star because they forgot my fries. The ordering process went smoothly, but I had to pull forward. My fries weren't cold, but they definitely seemed old. I don't mind waiting, but if I do, everything should be served fresh.

The major issues here are the availability of certain menu items and the long wait times in the drive-thru. On one occasion, I waited over 12 minutes for my food while there were only two cars in front of me. In fact, one customer had enough time to leave, get gas, and return before receiving their order. I understand that we're currently facing challenges with labor and food supply, but the service has not been satisfactory lately. I’m willing to give this place another chance since I’ve had some positive experiences, but if things don’t improve, I’ll start looking for alternatives. On the plus side, the location is conveniently situated just off the road, making it easy to access. Plus, since it’s located within a gas station, you can fuel up and grab other items as well.

This Burger King is cleaner than many in the area. The service is quick and friendly. I'll definitely be returning!

I've always enjoyed BK. it's my go to when I want a ff burger.

Went to the drive-through after 10:00 PM and a girl named Desmond welcomed us with extreme rudeness told me that it would take at least 12 minutes for them to cook a chicken sandwich . Suggesting in her tone of voice that we order something else than what we wanted.And That sweet tea was off the menu for the night. And that was one of many times that I have went through the drive-through and was treated very unprofessionally. This is the only Burger King that I have ever heard of that does not serve sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast because they don?t have a gravy technician.! This is seriously what I was told by an employee! This Burger King is a joke And needs new management in a bad way!!!
