Chick-fil-a - Hoover

I just ordered a fillet and they gave me the smallest I have ever seen, I also ordered minis and they gave me a 12-cat smugget, ADTSD makes me wait 15 min outside this is usually my favorite place, but this was infuriating

From Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately, this place also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it is sometimes busy, but it is delicious, so naturally it will be popular. I have skipped the long lines now by ordering on the app and this helps enormously. Nothing like a great sandwich and frosted coffee at the end of a long working day! Go on! Customer for life.

Food was great, they have everything right and the service was fast and hairless as always:

Today came through and ordered a children's meal and got an ice-cream cup instead of the toy with a lemonade, although somehow got a milk and no cup of ice. They even put the spoon in the bag with the toy, but no ice. The lemonade tasted sour and sweeter than normal. The food was good if not these two things.

I?ve been waiting 30 minutes and still haven?t received my food. They even made me park in the parking lot after I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. This has consistently happened recently. I order a simple meal and even ordered ahead of time and went through the ?express lane?. Gas is too expensive to have to wait that long! Especially if you have little children with you!
