Stix - Hoover

My favorite restaurant!! And the waitress and chef was soooooo patient! My group of 7 that included lots of special instructions and some allergies and they didn’t seem bothered in the slightest!

I haven't eaten here in person since before 2020. We were happy they reopened and Order takeout fairly often from here. It's easy to order online. The service is fantastic and food always perfect. It's hectic on the weekends and sometimes hard to get into the building to pick up food but I think that means it's good food! Thank you!Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options but there are some.Parking: On the weekends, parking often overflows to the oil change business next door.

The food was good, but to me it's been better. I enjoyed the experience though and would go back.Dietary restrictions: They will try to accommodate your needs. My sister is allergic to egg and they fixed her rice without it.

It was my brother’s birthday, and he did not have a great experience at all. We receded it in half the table did not have silverware. Some of the plates were dirty. Didn’t receive drinks for almost 15 minutes. Drink orders were wrong and no refills. Sat an additional 45 plus minutes to be told we had to move to a different table due to our grill not working and wait 25 more minutes for new grill to warm up. We had a party of 10 and they over cooked the steak and waited longer for forgotten food. there was no compensation for the wait, wrong food or service. Their reasoning was everyone had to go through this. We got there and were seated at 7:30 left at 10:15. Not to mention that they add gratuity on every ticket with service like that. Fultondale Stix’s Is way better and would recommend going there. Hoover location is not it.
