Stuckeys Dairy Queen - Hope Hull

Workers had headphones in, on their phones in public and acted like customers were interrupting them. Toast was cold and old. Food was not edible. Worst DQ I?ve been to.

We order the original cheeseburger $7 meal deal and a 1/2 flamethrower burger. Almost immediately we noticed that we were charged for the 1/3 lb instead. I brought it to the cashier?s attention and she was VERY rude/unenthusiastic about it and saidwe had to specify which one we wanted (double or triple) even though the ?triple combo? is the 1/2 lb. Waited almost 20 mins for1 combo and a sandwich which is beyond ridiculous.

Food was good but we had a lengthy wait and the employees were not enthusiastic at all. I actually felt like they hated me stopping to order something. It's in a gas station so that could have had a lot to do with it. ???????

Great place to stop and grab an ice cream. The boys love the blizzards and the mini size is perfect for them. Was standing room only on Sunday July 24, 2022 and the staff handled the crowd with ease and got the food/ice creams out quickly.

5 employees behind the counter, one lady (manager? she was the only one wearing a DQ uniform) was over in the Stuckeys area. One girl at the cashier who barely spoke. One was texting on her phone most of the time. Food took 22 minutes to receive. Three ofour four orders were wrong, ice cream was missing, none of the sodas had any carbonation.
