Chick-fil-a - Hope Mills

The fries were overly salty and inedible. The chicken tenders were small, more like nuggets. Despite paying $14 for my meal, I was still hungry, especially since I couldn't eat the fries. It felt more like a children's meal with chicken fingers.

The employees at the Chick-fil-A in Hope Mills were the friendliest I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The establishment was clean and all the staff were smiling. Thank you for providing such a great experience.

The service was excellent. I pre-ordered and only had to wait 5 minutes for my food. Everything was correct and served piping hot!

Ordered a catering order for 10/27/23. Never received any notification it was ready so did not receive any food but was still charged $54. I am trying to get a refund by PayPal but ridiculous I have to go through this. Can’t believe I am fighting for food I never got. I’ll never go here again.

This restaurant have the more nasty service they not make fries earlier because they said the new owner put the new rules other restaurant yes like lumberto Raleigh is nice and good customer service but this restaurant IS NOT CLEAN AND I SEE ONE THIS EMPLOYER PLAY TO THE FOOD AND SNATCH THE BOX IN THE FLOOR AND KIT REALLY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE AND NASTY THE MANAGER LOOK LIKE SHE NOT TAKE SHOWER IN DAYS
