Taco Bell - Hope Mills

I went through the drive-thru and was pleased with how quickly I was served. The employees were friendly and polite. However, when I got home, I realized we were missing four items from our order, so I had to return to Taco Bell. The manager was very kind and courteous and gave us the items we had originally ordered. Although I was a bit disappointed about the mix-up, everything we had was fantastic!

I had a fantastic lunch at Taco Bell! It's also great to see that their freeze machine is working properly.

Given the lack of appreciation, I would rather dine elsewhere where my patronage is valued. I also noticed that the recent reviews for this place aren't very positive, which might explain the staff's attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would, but I still want to keep my options open. There are plenty of other dining spots out there!

You have to have new management or pay those people better because I have never gone to the Taco bell and until tonight everything was satisfied with my meal. we had ordered a taco party box and chalupas, the party box was really neat that I have never seen in a taco bell, none of the dishes were broken or tasted stale, the chalupas were fresh, which was a first for me, and the trip thru was extremely fast. I'm surprisingly impressed. please compensate her team, they deserve it safely!

Literally waited for almost 30 minutes. They brought out 1 order, asked if we were door dash, we said no and they said ok and handed us the bag. Checked the bag and it was full of chalupas, belonging to the vehicle next to us(I asked). Took it back in, well to the door, and told the girl what we had ordered. When the finally brought what was supposed to be ours, we decided we would have faith because ya can’t ruin it twice right. Wrong, get home and there is only 1 meal in the bag. And it’s not even made right. I’ll be returning in the morning since they didn’t want to answer my phone call.
