Feedback gevenLunch at this point and “Josh” was one of the most beautiful counterparts we had in a very long time. Josh was pleasant, took our order with ease and has such a warm smile. Everyone should learn how to welcome customers. Our food was served hot and a beautiful part of frits and onion rings. Would definitely stop here again!
We had a light meal and some drinks. Both of us ordered burgers, with me choosing the dad burger and my wife opting for the mom burger. The customer service was attentive and knowledgeable.
The new location of this fast food restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced. They got my order wrong, served it to the wrong person, threw my breakfast on the counter, and I had to ask for cutlery. I recommend going to another restaurant in Hope instead.
I tried to place an order, but was totally ignored, even after seeing an employee, add money to her, to give change, I stood at the till and no other person was in the dinning room so except the few cars... in the drive thru! After more than 15 years of cooking for a life, I cannot understand why these employees are so terrible at their jobs? I will not be back I refuse to support companies that are not able to treat their customers with the naked min. of customer service!
Good food but service sucks and takes to long for food unlike other a&w restrauntes you get yours in less than 10 mins and here your waiting 20mins to half hour.
