Tripleo's - Hope

Had no white spot burgers for a very long time. I was so excited about it while I was in Canada. It was not good, very disappointing..

This restaurant is a convenient stop halfway between Vancouver and Kamloops, making it a great place to do laundry and grab lunch. We have always been impressed by the fast, efficient, and attentive service. Today, the server made sure every order was delivered to the correct table. The staff are quick to clear and clean tables, all while maintaining friendly smiles (even behind their masks). We highly recommend trying the fish burgers, chicken diver, onion rings, sweet potatoes, and the impossible burgers.

I typically do not like to leave negative reviews for any establishment, but the service I received at this Triple O's has left me feeling frustrated. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. On 02/12/2020, I visited this Triple O's to grab a meal at 4 o'clock, and the employee at the counter was incredibly rude. When I asked about the difference between two menu items, he responded by insinuating that I was stupid for even asking such a question. I ultimately chose not to make a purchase there. If you have the choice, I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. There are plenty of other fast food options nearby where customers are treated with respect. I have never experienced such disrespect from a Triple O's before. I left feeling extremely disappointed, and I thank the employee for ruining my day.

Can always get a great hamburger at the Triple O's. Their legendary is the best along with their onion rings.

Hamburger patties were black and hard around the edges and cold. Must have been precooked. Fries were cold and when I asked for fresh fries the server seemed angry as she threw the cold ones in the garbage. She did make us fresh fries though
