Dit is een gezellig zelfbedieningsrestaurant met een typisch Tiroolse uitstraling de gerechten voor de lunch zijn prima met ook veel lokale gerechten.Vooral tijdens het hoogseizoen kan het flink druk zijn hier maar de gerechten blijven goed.Er is ook een snackcounter voor een snelle hap ook allemaal lekker. On the flight to Brixen I shot yesterday. It is away from the right side of the slope, under a lump of fir trees. I've been there before. I know where it is. I'd like to say that I was skiing too... to stop fast. But it's probably more accurate to say that I was looking for the wrong way. New since I was last here is a snack bar on the ground floor. We sat on the terrace outside in the shade of a awning, and the waitress took over the food. I had the ubiquitous, fill Tirolergröstl with eggs and meat cheese sauté potatoes, a fried egg and unusually a piece of meat cheese or spam. A quarter of house red went down nicely.
Beautiful terrace overlooking Westendorf. Continue to Hochbrixen, this is a crossing too much everywhere on this side of the mountain. Hot chocolate, fruit tea and Kaiserschmarrn came to 13€40. Google Translate gives me Tripe for Schmarren (not a word I learned in...high school German class). So this is the kind of tripe, the emperors eat in contrast to the stomach lining of a cow that the farmers have. Everywhere there is an Kaiserschmarrn it is, well, a kind of chopped sweet omelette, with icing sugar on top and either apple sauce or cranberry sauce, sometimes both. But strange, you rarely see regular hearty omelette on the menu. Kaiserschmarrn is too sweet for my taste, but that's just me. Still, I'd rather eat it than a normal trip. I see I checked this place three years ago...
Gulasch soup liver dumplings soup beer, fruit tea 16€20 Brantlalm is located next to one of the pistes leading to Hochbrixen, the starting point for most skiing in this area. You can drive to Brixen itself, but the slopes are...in full sun most of the day and tend to not be in great condition, despite the Herculean efforts of the Ratrac drivers. The restaurant itself has a terrace to the south, but they have enclosed it with a clear plastic curtain. This makes it difficult to see it closed inside from the lift on the other side of the slopes. Good view of Westendorf over the valley. Not much space for skis outside the slopes is quite steep here, at least go to restaurant locations. My wife grows out of her obsession with goulash soup that she always insisted, but this week she had cut to only about three meals. I prefer the clear soup with liver dumplings and they make a good one here.
Auf dem Panoramaweg vorbei an der Brandlalm. Ein wunderschöne Hütte mitten im Wald. Service sehr nett. Für Liebhaber vonn was süßen unbedingt den Eispalatschinken probieren. Das Essen das ich gesehen habe ist sehr dekorativ angerichtet, der Kaisescharrn schaut wie aus dem Bilderbuch aus und der Palatschinken könnte auch im Sternerestaurant gut aufgehoben sein, mehr sog i ned
Das war ein Eieromlett mit Zucker und ohne Rosinen, viel zu duenn. Pommes frites gibt es auch nicht!
