We returned a second evening for drinks and the girl immediately suggested that we wanted what we drank in the evening before. Thumb for them! I'll eat again. Price. You have a beautiful large garden.
My husband I am regular visitors to this hotel. We honestly cannot blame. The rooms are very comfortable with high quality beds and furniture. The shower room is beautiful and well equipped with toiletries and high-quality towels and evaporates from the toilet. Plenty of storage and storage space. The restaurant is modern and retains an Austrian charm. The food is 5 stars and very diverse. Buffet breakfast with choice for any taste. Dinner is made at breakfast time and the main course and dessert are table service. The staff is very professional and very efficient. They are dressed differently every day in traditional clothes. The wellness area is upgraded as part of the new plans, but also up-to-date, they are amazing. Various saunas, steam bath, heated outdoor pool and relaxing deck chairs with therapy music in the background. Reception staff speak well English and are very helpful. Full bar area with weekly music, is great, after a day's skiing reolax. Snacks are served for free at 3.30. Worth mentioning is the Wee Jimmy's Bar Stüberl and is ideal for a Apres ski drink or 5! Jimmy's a brilliant character. Go inside and see him. Food also served there. Only what this time lacked was the twice weekly band played there for years are no longer. And it goes without saying that we're back.
Have visited here during the ski season so this was the first time in the summer. Still a great place to be with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Barmaid in the public bar is a bit scary but hugely efficient! Only came for a beer so can 't comment on the food but the Post is always worth a visit.
We have visited this restaurant countless times over the last 20 years or more. Slowly but surely things have got worse. We continued to visit, possibly out of a sense of nostalgia, possibly because occasionally they really upped their game and we 'd have a pleasant surprise. No more! The selection on the menu was limited, very samey as almost everywhere else in the village. We had ordered and received drinks, so we waited for the waitress to return. On her return we politely advised her that we wouldn 't be staying as the menu was not to our liking, the choice was really limited. We still cannot believe her reaction. She screwed up her fist and put it to her eye making a crying expression. Uh uh uh! I don 't care, it makes no difference to me she said in a baby voice. How are these people employed? If that is their reaction to our faces, just imagine what goes on behind the scenes. She tried to make excuses for her comments, but that kind of cocky attitude has no place whatsoever in service! We asked for our bill and she promptly headed off to serve someone else and ignored us. We had to call another waitress so that we could pay. The restaurant was very quiet, so we cannot help but think there is a real problem here. Lots of the staff seem to be hanging around the entrances smoking. Somehow we get the sense that no one cares the way that they used to. When Hans (the old owner) was alive, care, service, food, quality was paramount, he did care!
