It was a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant offers a "meat and three" concept, which is quite appealing. The younger staff member was energetic and made an effort to ensure everyone was satisfied. I enjoyed the fried pork and the vegetables. My wife ordered breakfast, and the bacon was well-prepared. Nothing extraordinary, but still good. The coconut pineapple cake was a highlight for me. The owner is appreciative of the customers and genuinely aims to please. I really liked this place and plan to return.

The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, and the staff were friendly. We tried the daily special, which featured catfish, and it was excellent. My husband ordered the grain bread and found it to be very good as well. However, the side dishes were a bit overcooked and too heavily seasoned for my liking, but I generally prefer milder flavors. The prices are quite reasonable, and the service was quick and attentive. I would definitely return!

The food was excellent, and the service was just okay. Overall, it's the best place in town!

Hometown Diner with some of the most delicious house fries EVER! This is a popular connection with the regular, it is so inviting when you are somewhere near the stop. I had an omelette, it was mouthwater, with domestic pommes (again there was bomb). The owner is the best; she was our waitress and welcomed everyone as they came. I wish I lived closer to enjoying A.J's more often.

Ordered via grub hub while at work. Had originally ordered chicken and dumplings, however, shortly after I sent my order in, they called to tell me they were out of them for the day. Kinda a disappointment but the lady that called me was more than accommodating, and with a quick swap of items, my lunch was on the way : Got the country fried steak, a biscuit, country gravy on the side, and some scrambled eggs, and it was delicious! Everything was nice and hot when it got to me, and I will be ordering from there again!
