Bittersweet - Hopkinton

I really enjoyed the food, drinks, and service at this restaurant! They have a great wine selection and I loved the setup for the evening.

We recently visited Bittersweet after it reopened for evening hours and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent, with our waiter attending to our every need and providing great recommendations from the menu. We were a group of four women and shared several dishes, all of which were delicious. The portions were generous and we particularly enjoyed the cheeseboard and Buffalo chicken dip. To top it off, the waiter surprised us with a refreshing lemon sorbet after we received the check. We will definitely be returning to Bittersweet in the future!

This place is an absolute gem. We got the veggie board, garlic mushrooms and lettuce wraps, and they were all excellent. Sangria had lots of fresh berries in it and was also excellent. The decor is very quirky and eclectic and just kind of works. Wish I could do the same. Some of the tapas were Asian, but that also just kind of worked with the more traditional Spanish dishes. Would love to see patatas bravas on the menu but they have plenty of great selections now! We will definitely go back.

The food was disappointing. The service was acceptable. The shrimp were incredibly small and lacking color, very unappetizing.
