Burger King - Horizon City

Food is horrible it’s old and stale just spent 32 dollars and down the drain waited forever no one was even there will not be returning

I had a great experience there was a young man Raul I think was his name he did a great job! Super friendly and suggesting great options to pick from! Would definitely go back.

The worst Burger King and it's always the same thing Here. I was told by the girl that took my payment if I could wait there. There was still a few cars behind me . which she could be taking payments. So ai let her know. No it's ok i'll move forward there's a lot of people waiting. She then rolled her eyes and shut the window. she goes to the other window and tells the guy there something and they both look at me weird! When he gives me my food I tell him that it's really bad customer service for the girl taking orders to be rolling her eyes. He then says oh no it's cause we can get in trouble. ok ??? and that's my fault because? He then continues saying do you rather wait here or over there? i just ask you that next time just wait back there . umm no !!I ask you to get more employees and hurry up!

This place is horrible, they can't get your order right. Can't call because there voice-mail is full. They need to get there stuff together very disappointed.

Bathrooms were locked, many tables hadn’t been cleaned.
