Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

It was fantastic when it first opened. This past Friday afternoon, we decided to try the "steak burgers." We went through the drive-thru, but the steak burger was ice cold and as flat as a pancake. The fries were cold and stale as well. We're very disappointed, especially considering the price.

I had a negative experience here a year ago and decided to give it another chance tonight. Unfortunately, I will never return to this location again! The person who answered the drive-thru was extremely rude.

The food was cold, and the service was lackluster. While Freddy’s usually has great food, my most recent visit was disappointing.

Outside building advertises Chicago Dogs. However they don't have them anymore. So ordered regular hot dog with onions and mustard. Was told don't have containers anymore so will be on side. That was confusing. Just serve on side then. And French fries way to skinny and short. Hard to eat. The taste was good
